Welcome to our 107 year old farmhouse, the charming Yellow Haus, and the cozy Annabelle’s Suite. A great place to be with family and friends, or the perfect romantic getaway. We will provide you with an enjoyable lodging experience. This property is located just a short walk from the heart of Historic Gruene. Enjoy the best live music at the oldest Dance Hall in Texas, good restaurants, entertainment, pubs, unique shopping, and wineries. Cool off in the Guadalupe River just down the street. The Historic Center of New Braunfels with shops, restaurants, bars, the Comal River, Schlitterbahn, Wurstfest, Landa Park &, new Civic Centre are only a couple miles drive away. There are also more attractions in the surrounding areas to include Canyon Lake, San Marcos Outlet Stores, San Antonio, Location! Location! Location!
We strive to offer our guests a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Relax and have fun in the spacious backyard while you BBQ under the big shade tree, or just relax on the covered porches. So put away your car keys, and enjoy your vacation by staying in our place within walking distance to Historic Gruene, Guadalupe River and the Outfitters.

This spacious home with over 2,100 sq ft. has 4 bedrooms and 2 full large bathrooms. Master suite w/ king size bed/ luxurious master bath w/ separate shower and claw foot tub. Bedroom # 2 has two double beds. Bedroom # 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom # 4 has two twin beds. Fold-up beds available on request. The main house has an open living room space, dining table, full kitchen and laundry room

SUMMER RATES – YELLOW HAUS
- Yellow House - $450 a night for 1-8 persons (2 nights minimum) We charge an additional $50.00 per person up to 10 max.
- Add 13% hotel tax & a $95 cleaning fee
- Discounts available 10-15%, on Sunday – Thursday rentals
- 3 Night Minimum on Holiday Rentals: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas / New Years.
- Annabelle’s Suite can be rented with the Yellow Haus as a 5th bedroom for $125 a night plus 13% Tax & $30 cleaning fee, sleeping up 14 people
